As women traveling alone, we loved the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. the owner's kindness and the homely feel made us feel safe and comfortable. the free laundry service, cheap beers, and beautiful garden were added bonuses. We also enjoyed the opportunity to meet and connect with other travelers, some of whom we even trekked with for a week. Excellent stay, highly recommended!

The rooms at Albergue de Santullán were cozy and comfortable, giving us a warm and homely feeling. We loved waking up to the stunning mountain view from our room, it was truly breathtaking. Having a seating area in the room was a great addition, as it provided us with a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The coffee machine in the room was a fantastic feature, allowing us to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the mornings. It was a bonus to have a flat-screen TV in every room, making our evenings even more enjoyable. The fridge in the guest room was convenient, allowing us to store snacks and drinks for the kids.

Personally, I would have preferred having a private bathroom instead of a shared one.

Always choose this place. No regrets. Staff returned my forgotten belongings. Suits me perfectly. Has Wi-Fi, cookware, shared kitchen, picnic area, TV, lift. Coming back for Easter.

I stayed at Albergue De Santullan while walking the Camino del Norte and it was the best albergue I stayed in the whole time. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, with friendly fellow travellers and helpful staff. The owner, a kind and welcoming woman, made me feel right at home. The beds were comfortable and each had a locker and wall socket. The free use of the washing machine program was a great bonus, and the kitchen had all the basics I needed. an excellent stay and I would highly recommend it!
